If you are dissatisfied with our services and submit a refund request within 30 days, you will be eligible for a full 100% refund.
Refund requests will not be considered after 30 days from the date of project delivery. However, as we prioritize 100% customer satisfaction, we encourage you to reach out in case of any concerns.
Failure to provide project briefings and requirements within 30 days will result in the payment becoming non-refundable.
